Can I try MultiCHAX 11 before buying?+
Yes. Ask us for the trial and we’ll send your download link. Every feature works on one PC; checks print as demo checks until you add a license.
Which accounting software does it work with?+
QuickBooks Desktop, Quicken and other programs that print checks print to the MultiCHAX printer, and MultiCHAX places each field using your check template. For QuickBooks Online and other programs that save checks as a PDF, Import from PDF reads the checks and keeps their voucher stubs.
How much does a subscription cost?+
MultiCHAX 11 Standard starts at $15 a month or $129 a year. Professional, Enterprise and Server editions are available with the same monthly or yearly billing. Pick your edition above to see its price.
Can I still buy a lifetime license?+
Yes. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase, from $299 for Standard up to $999 for Server Edition. A subscription includes every update while it’s active. Choose Lifetime above to see each edition.
I already use MultiCHAX 10. What happens to my data?+
Nothing moves. MultiCHAX 11 opens your MultiCHAX 10 database as it is, so your bank accounts, check templates, users, settings and printed checks are already there, and your office can move to MultiCHAX 11 one PC at a time. Contact us for upgrade pricing.
How many computers can use it?+
A Standard license runs MultiCHAX on up to two PCs. Professional and Enterprise have no PC limit. In every edition, the PCs share one MultiCHAX database over your office network.
How does Positive Pay work?+
Set up each bank account once with your bank’s file format. Then pick the checks you printed (and any you voided), and MultiCHAX writes the issue file. You upload it in your bank’s portal, and the bank pays only the checks on your list.
Does it run on a Mac?+
MultiCHAX 11 runs on Windows 10 and 11. A macOS version is planned after the Windows release.
