Frequently asked questions
Which envelope fits my checks?
Match the envelope to your check format, not the other way around. #9 envelopes suit standard business checks, #10 are slightly larger, and QuickBooks/Quicken tight-fit styles are cut for the narrower windows those programs print to. Large-format envelopes handle full-sheet documents. If the window doesn't line up, the address won't show — call (702) 389-6009 with your check style and we'll confirm the right one.
Self-seal or gum seal — which should I choose?
Self-seal envelopes close under finger pressure, with no moisture needed, and are more tamper-evident. Gum seal envelopes use a traditional moistened flap and cost less per envelope. If you're stuffing hundreds of checks at a time, self-seal pays for itself in time saved; for occasional mailings, gum seal is the economical pick.
Double window or single window?
Double window shows both the payee address and your return address through the envelope — nothing to print or write. Single window shows the recipient only, so you'll want a pre-printed or stamped return address; it costs less. Both eliminate mailing labels.
Are these envelopes secure?
Most styles include a security tint — a printed pattern inside the envelope that stops account numbers and dollar amounts being read through the paper. That matters for payroll and vendor checks moving through the mail.
How many envelopes come in a box?
Envelopes ship in 1,000-count boxes.

Available in #10 and large formats, in 1,000-count boxes, in both gum-seal and self-seal versions. Security tinting on most styles keeps the contents private in transit.
